Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. I handle the setup, the technical side and anything that comes up later. Apart from confirming a few things once during setup, you never have to deal with a dashboard.

Who owns my web address?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and so are your Google Business Profile and Apple Business listings. They're yours for good.

Will I ever need to log in anywhere?

Only to use your email, the way you do now. During setup I'll ask you to confirm a few things once — a link in an email or a code by text — to prove your domain and listings are yours. Everything else, I handle.

How will we stay in touch?

By email for everything written — questions, approvals, files and invoices — and by phone or video call when talking is easier. The video link works on iPhone, Android and computers, nothing to install. Once your business email is set up, I'll write to you there instead of your personal address.

Is there a monthly fee?

Yes. The monthly Care Plan covers your hosting, domain and email costs, uptime monitoring and renewals. Ask me for current pricing.

What's included in the Website Build?

Your domain, business email, a professional website with hosting and security, the foundations for search and AI visibility, your Google and Apple listings, and launch checks. The Pricing page has the full list.

Can I change my website's content later?

Yes. Send me what you'd like changed and I'll take care of it.

Can my website be in more than one language?

Yes, as an optional extra. I can personally review translations in English, Greek and Albanian, or you can review them yourself before they go live.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, your photos and some information about your business. I'll guide you through the rest.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, all prices exclude VAT.
